Our Story
Our story began in an unlikely moment on Christmas Day 2015.
After years of witnessing inefficiencies, wasted resources and fragmented approaches to project delivery across the construction industry, our Managing Director made a defining decision: to step away from permanent employment and build something better. Something more considered, more efficient, and client focused.
SANDS was founded on the belief that projects can be delivered smarter with clearer thinking, better collaboration and a genuine respect for the people commissioning and delivering the work.
