The proposal includes the erection of 2 and 3 storey buildings to provide a total of 25 residential dwellings on a vacant brownfield site.  SANDS produced a new access design package ( visibility splay drawings, vehicle swept path,3D design), Road safety Audit Stage 1-3, Transport statement and Parking survey.
