The proposed development comprises the demolition of the existing site and erection of 2/3 storey buildings to provide a total of eight residential dwellings. The development does not include any on-site car parking with major access issues for construction. SANDS produced a Transport statement and Construction Management and Logistic Plan. For the difficult access issues, we had to provide vehicle swept path to determine the maximum size of construction vehicles that could be used on the site.
