Parking Survey Completed in Bromley Using Lambeth Methodology

A parking stress survey has been successfully completed at Dunkery Road, Bromley, SE9 4LP, in support of a proposed residential development.

The survey was delivered on time and conducted in line with the Lambeth parking survey methodology, which is used by Bromley Council for assessing the impact of new developments on on-street parking.

Covering a 200m walking radius, the survey captured overnight parking conditions across two weekday nights. Results confirmed that parking stress levels remain within acceptable thresholds, helping to support the planning application and demonstrate compliance with local transport policies.
