Parking Survey Completed – Dagenham | Lambeth Methodology

We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of a parking survey for a residential development on Goresbrook Road, Dagenham, London. The survey was delivered on time and in full accordance with the Lambeth methodology, which is used by several London boroughs to assess local parking capacity and stress.

The survey area was carefully mapped within a 200m walking radius from the site and conducted during the specified overnight peak parking hours. All data was collected in compliance with the council’s requirements, ensuring a robust and policy-aligned submission.

The outcome of the survey confirmed that the proposed development would not contribute to unacceptable levels of on-street parking stress, supporting a positive planning application process.
